Project details

  • Project Name: Angelica Creek Park Wayfinding and Signage
  • Project Client: Berks Nature
  • Project Location: Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania

A.D. Marble provided design and construction management services for the City of Reading to develop an environmental education park at the former location of Angelica Lake. Goals included environmental restoration, increased recreational opportunities within the park, and the creation of educational opportunities for various colleges and environmental organizations in the region. As part of this project, in 2007 A.D. Marble developed educational and wayfinding signage for the trails within the park, which included research and content development, design, photography, and coordination of signage fabrication and installation. In 2017 the kiosk and interpretive panels were updated to integrate with Berks Nature’s current branding, messaging, and educational goals within the park.
