the get outdoors challenge!
Our Get Outdoors Challenge is going strong! In 2025, the winning team logged a total of 105 locations. The locations that were logged were as far and wide as people’s local parks and trail, National Parks, both US coasts, various locations in Canada, and some as far afield as Italy and Nicaragua.

past get outdoors challenges
The 2024 Get Outdoors Challenge was vast! A total of 432 locations were visited far and wide, including national parks, Caribbean islands, Italy, Switzerland, Canada, Copenhagen, Spain, and our local parks and waterways.
The 2023 Trails Challenge saw staff hit locations in New Mexico, Alaska, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Scotland. Close to home or abroad, over 200 trails and waterways were conquered.
The 2022 Trail Challenge was our most competitive (and international) yet, with Team 2 winning by only 2 trails. Overall, staff hit 137 trails including locations in Iceland, Switzerland, and St. Martin.
In what has become an A.D. Marble tradition, our 2021 Trails Challenge saw record participation, with Team 3 ultimately winning with 99 trails visited. Overall, staff hit 214 trails in the Mid-Atlantic, New England, the Southeast regions.
To encourage staff to get outdoors (safely) during quarantine, we expanded to our own company-wide trail challenge! Staff was split into teams and asked to take photos at each trail they hiked, biked, ran, or walked. King of Prussia (Team 3) was the winner with 38 trails visited. 2020 was difficult for a multitude of reasons but getting outside was a great mood booster!
The trail challenge trend began in our King of Prussia office with the MontoCo Trail Challenge (https://www.montcopa.org/trailchallenge). It quickly became apparent that this was too good a thing to keep to one office.
