Roseline H. Bougher succeeded the firm’s founder, Anne D. Marble, in 2005. Roseline, having served as executive vice president for the previous three years, demonstrated the leadership required to manage the challenges resulting from the firm’s rapid growth. As President, Roseline is responsible for the functions and operations of the company, including marketing and market development, budgeting and meeting revenue goals, building and maintaining client relationships, quality and timing of products, and the development of employees. Roseline was raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and attended Cornell University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in biology in 1991. In 1995, Roseline received a Master’s Degree in Coastal Zone Management at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. She serves on the boards of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) in Pennsylvania, Nobis Engineering Inc., and the March of Dimes Transportation Luncheon.
