Peter J. Dodds has more than 40 years of environmental experience on a variety of transportation and development projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. He has a thorough understanding of the laws, regulations, and procedures related to environmental studies, the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and mitigation design. He also has extensive agency coordination and public participation experience. Mr. Dodds was the NEPA project manager for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s (PennDOT’s) first Public-Private Partnership (P3) project. A.D. Marble was responsible for conducting the environmental studies and preparing the NEPA documents for 471 bridge replacements under this contract.

Mr. Dodds is currently an executive vice president at A.D. Marble and serves in several capacities for the firm. He is a director for the firm and plays a major role in establishing the strategic direction of the company. Mr. Dodds is also involved in project management and business development, and is responsible for the operation of the company’s Camp Hill office.
