Colleen Meiswich has over 24 years of experience in the transportation and development industry. She has a thorough understanding of the laws, regulations, and procedures related to environmental studies and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Colleen’s primary focus is on NEPA compliance and helping our clients navigate the NEPA process. Colleen is the Vice President of Environmental Services and has worked on a variety of projects, including large reconstruction projects, bridge projects, roadway and intersection projects, trail Master Plans, and corridor studies. Colleen leads A.D. Marble’s business development efforts in the eastern part of Pennsylvania. Colleen is a member of the company’s Operations Team and helps establish the strategic direction of the company. She is actively involved in a number of trade organizations including American Council of Engineering Companies of Pennsylvania (ACEC/PA) and ASHE-DelVal Environmental Committee. Colleen serves on the board of the March of Dimes Transportation, Building, and Construction Awards Luncheon (Philadelphia). Colleen holds a Master of Science degree in Community and Regional Planning from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Environmental Science from Marywood University.
