and air quality standards, including the Federal Highway Administration's
Highway Noise Analysis, the Federal High Administration's (FHWA) Traffic Noise Model (TNM) computer
program, the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Mobile Vehicle
Emission Model (MOBILE 6), and the EPA's approved line source
dispersion model (CAL3QHC).
A Bachelor's Degree in the field is required. A Master's Degree is not required, but is preferred.

Transportation Air and Noise Specialist
Availability: Immediate
A.D. Marble & Company, a full service environmental consulting firm specializing in transportation projects, is seeking a full-time Air and Noise Specialist for transportation projects. The position is open in any of our offices including, Conshohocken, Camp Hill and Pittsburgh, PA; Owings Mills, MD; and Mt. Laurel, NJ.
Candidates should have relevant experience contributing to or authoring noise and air quality impact assessments as required under NEPA and various state agencies. Education: BS in engineering, science, or planning required. Training on the most recent approved FHWA noise and air analysis computer models are required for the position.
Should have 2+ years experience in the environmental consulting industry focusing on noise and air quality impact assessments and mitigation. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within dynamic teams. A high level of computer competency, including CADD, TNM, MOBILE, CAL3QHC, MS Word, MS Excel, and GIS programs a plus.
